Artist's Statement

I paint because I love to paint. It is a burning and craving in my soul. I paint anything and everything, in all kinds of styles. But, my greatest passion in painting and that which gives me the greatest delight is to capture people - God’s highest creation. There is a scripture that asks, “What is man that You (God) take thought of him, and the son of man that You care for him? Yet You have made him a little lower than God, and You crown him with glory and majesty.” Each time I paint people my own heart is enlarged to understand a little better our great value.
